Alan Silverberg graduated from American University in 1967 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1970.  After residing in northern California for several years, he was admitted to practice law by the Maryland Court of Appeals in 1973, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 1978, and the United States District Court for the District of Pennsylvania and United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in 2017.  For more than 45 years, he has applied his experienced litigation skills to represent thousands of clients in the areas of family law, complex business and estate litigation, and to successfully recover millions of dollars for those wrongfully injured both in and out of the workplace.

Mr. Silverberg has litigated cases in Baltimore City and surrounding counties, including Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel, Harford, Prince George’s, Frederick, Montgomery, Charles and Somerset Counties, as well as the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Maryland Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
