Stacie Dowling received her received her B.S., in International Business and French, from Muhlenberg College and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Since joining Willen, Limsky, Stampfer & Dowling, PA in 2009, Stacie Dowling has been heavily involved in the dental transaction division. Today, Stacie Dowling helps clients with all their professional legal needs including their start-ups, acquisition and practice sales, employment/associate contracts and buy-ins/buy-outs. She also has significant experience in contract and lease negotiations, general business planning and transactions.
