 Barbara E. Larson
Barbara E. Larson obtained her Juris Doctor with honor in 2004 from the University of Maryland School of Law, after a successful 12-year career in accounting as a certified public accountant and corporate chief financial officer. Ms. Larson was born in Greenwich, Connecticut and obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1991. Ms. Larson was admitted to the practice of law in Maryland in 2004, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2005, and the United States Tax Court in 2005.
Ms. Larson concentrates her practice exclusively in transactional law, assisting individuals and businesses in the areas of estate and trust planning, business succession planning, tax planning, business and corporate law, and real estate. Her training as a CPA gives her an extensive understanding of business, financial, tax and operational issues, and she enjoys representing individuals, new entrepreneurs, and established business owners. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Ms. Larson is married and resides in Baltimore City. |
